3. Camera and Photo Usage

TerraSight requests camera permission to allow you to:

Photos are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and are only accessible to you and authorized users within your organization. We do not share your photos with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Location data is only collected when you actively use the app to add or view properties. We do not track your location in the background.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Authentication: Managed by Auth0, a leading identity platform
• Data Storage: Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit
• Photos and Media: Stored in secure AWS S3 buckets
• Voice Transcription: Processed by AWS Transcribe

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted partners who help us operate our service (AWS, Auth0)
